Companies are expanding their parental leave benefits for moms, dads, grandparents, and even caregivers.  Companies want to support employees through maternity and paternity, and more!  These benefits help employees feel supported and confident.

What benefits does your company provide?  What company did we leave off the list?  What benefit would you like to see more companies offer?

Companies regularly evaluate benefits to ensure they can attract and retain the best employees, so the benefits on this list may change.  Many of these companies want parents to be able to enjoy the important formative years with a bit less stress.
