Burbs, Bibs, & Breakdowns: 90 Day Journal for Moms

A journal for moms in the postpartum stage is a tool that helps new mothers process their emotions and experiences during the first few months after giving birth. The journal includes prompts for reflection, space for writing down thoughts and feelings, and check-ins for self-care. The goal of this journal is to provide a safe and private space for moms to explore their experiences and emotions, track their progress, and find ways to cope with the challenges of motherhood. It can also serve as a keepsake for mothers to look back on and remember where they were and how far they've come.
