ONLINE LEARNING COMMUNITY

An online community with self-paced online modules, interactive guides and a forum of professional moms and dads available to help other working parents find support to manage and work through challenges.

LEADERSHIP TRAINING

Workshops and interactive training focused on helping leaders and managers serve as allies to the working parents. We discussed barriers and obstacles and provide actionable next steps to enable managers to fully support their employees.  This is a win-win for all.

1:1 AND SMALL GROUP COACHING SESSIONS

Small group and 1:1 sessions are offered to help participants leverage the most from the program.  Participants are provided with tools and resources to help create a support system to allow them to more successfully balance work and home.
