We’ve had the privilege of working with a diverse range of clients over the last 18 months.  We need to take a step back and make sure we have the right tools and processes and team members in place.  This includes project management and administrative and design roles so we can operate within our gifts of strategy and storytelling.  Right now, we’re wearing many hats and it’s not allowing us to provide the level of service our clients want to give or that they deserve. We need an opportunity to debrief our engagements and determine the best path forward.
